Barack Obama appeared on Jay Leno wearing a tieless suit back in '07 when he was campaigning for President

This Thursday, Barack Obama is making his first appearance as President on Jay Leno to talk about the economy, and the question burning a hole in our fashion-obsessed minds is: Will our Commander-in-Chief go commando i.e. tie-less as he used to do on the campaign trail? Or will he keep it formal now that he is the President and wear one of the many striped ties he's been wearing lately? A staffer told the New York Times, he'll focus on the issues and be "As funny as the times allow," which we're guessing means he won't be rocking the more Casual Friday look (khakis and a windbreaker) he wears on his weekend escapes to Camp David. But it is late night...
