Everybody's Wearing: Green 'Bold Shoulder' Dresses

As we mentioned earlier this year, bold shoulder dresses are HUGE for spring, as it turns out. green is the must have color in this style. Take style note of the Kelly green shade of Tori Spelling's A-line dress and the floral design, while Lisa Rinna wears a more form fitted, simple sheath dress in a mint green color.
