Wow, you know Spring is in the air when there are more parties than I can RSVP to. Last night's preview party for the Lifeball featured NYC's most outrageous downtown folks: the chic, freaks and fashionistas. In between snapping photos of crazy hairstyles, crazier shoes and sick makeup, I peeped the likes of our very own Kelly Cutrone, Richie Rich, Patricia Field and The Blonds.
