O-kay, we've got skinny jeans for men, we've got girdles for men, we've even got leggings for men. NOW we have stretch jeans for men--most notably these ADAM white stretch straight leg jeans...is this madness?
Women can wear mens clothes in public without anyone saying anything or staring at them. but not the other way around.
It's more unfair to the women because it is inferred that to wear men's clothing is acceptable because men are better and stronger and thus worthy of emulation. While for a man to wear women's clothing it is inferred that women are weaker, lesser creatures and thus unworthy of a man to lower his stature by dressing in said clothing.

Most designer jeans already have spandex, so yes is the answer.
The latest fashion trend in apparels today is the skinny jeans that give you a lean look. However, if you are unable to get into those, you would also be happy to put on those wide legged pants or trousers that are also hot with the fashionistas. When worn with a short narrow top and a slim fit jacket along with high heel shoes, this combination would look cool and give you that much longed for lean look.
