Surfacing Trend: Satin Pastel Toned Cocktail Dresses

laundry_by_shelli_segal_satin_purple_dress_blueflys_blog_flypaper.jpgSatin is one of those fabrics that you tend to love or hate depending on the trends, or at least I do. I've noticed recently however that satin cocktail dresses are on the rise, especially those in dark-hued pastel shades (lavenders, mints, bright blues) with details like layered pleats, pintucked inserts and sequins and rhinestones. I'm thinking the flyer the partier, the flyer the dress.

Sweet!

A good post. Satin cocktail dresses are very comfortable as well. They feel very smooth on the body. satin cocktail dresses should have a good fit too to look well.
