Paulina Porizkova: Booted From ANTM, Becomes A Blogger

Okay it's official: being a blogger is super hot! I remember not that long ago when bloggers had to fight tooth and nail to get respect, but now that Paulina Porizkova has turned to professional blogging (after getting the boot from her judge's seat on America's Next Top Model in May), the shift is on. Paulina now finds herself happily employed as a blogger for Modelinia and the Huffington Post.
She opens her blog discussing how she felt about getting fired the day before her 44th birthday:
" It was a curious mixture, one I imagine akin to standing in a falling elevator but knowing you can jump up at the last moment to prevent gravity from crushing you. And you can walk off. Not unscathed maybe, with a permanent distrust of elevators perhaps, but alive."
