True fashionistas recall when the 'Shrug' craze started about four seasons back. Since then we have evolved to cropped jackets and cardigans of various materials, shapes, sizes and prints.That said, the question is whether the 'Cropped Jacket' has reached its peak popularity...
I still have a cropped jacket that I bought and started wearing in 2005. I was contemplating getting rid of it cause I'm just tired of it. But I can't BELIEVE this look is STILL going... It surprises me...
