When Christian helped style Ford model Juliana Imai for his Bluefly collection shoot, he sent for "mad hatter" Heather Huey. Three seasons later, the pair continue to collaborate.
"Christian loves big brims and texture," Heather told us of the hats which she's been creating from scratch since early August. "So it wasn't surprising that he wanted a sun hat. We did a variation of the sun hat working with the materials he was using [in his spring 2010 collection]." Heather couldn't show us the hats just yet, but her faves are the finale pieces. "They are my voice in his collection."
