The days are getting shorter and Labor Day is right around the corner, which can only mean one thing: fall fashion will, once again, rule the minds of fashionistas everywhere.
This season is all about the rich tones of red. I may have a soft spot for this bold shade, but to be honest, I don't have enough chutzpah to wear it. Instead, I will rely on one of its direct cousins, the regal shade of purple, to get me through the fall season. Whether it is plum, lavender, or eggplant, this royal hue will add much needed color to my wardrobe without overpowering the neutral tones I already obsessively own. From my requisite cotton corduroys to a sleek wool coat, I am definitely set for whatever fall may bring.
